Description
The New York City Law Department intends to enter into sole source negotiations with LexisNexis Matthew Bender for provision of 2 Years HotDocs Software Maintenance. HotDocs is proprietary software owned by LexisNexis Matthew Bender. It is a document automation tool that operates within Microsoft Word to prepare legal documents utilizing a collection of templates and clause libraries. A maintenance agreeement qualifies licensees to receive standard telephone support services, software updates, software program modifications and retirement of releases. The requirement is for maintenance on (800) Standard and (7) Pro licenses. Any firm that believes it can provide the above-referenced services is invited to do so, indicated by letter, which must be received no later than the vendor response date indicated in this notice.

Use the following address unless otherwise specified in notice, to secure, examine or submit bid/proposal documents, vendor prequalification and other forms; specifications/blueprints, and other information.
