QUEENS HOSPITAL CENTER-SITE A – Request for Proposals – DUE 05-07-03 AT 4:00 P.M. – The New York City Economic Development Corporation is conjunction with the New York City Health and Hospitals Corporation (EDC/HHC) invite proposals for the disposition of Site A, an approximately 77,822 square foot parcel located on the 19.5 acre campus of the Queens Hospital Center (QHC). EDC/HHC’s goal is to encourage new investment to meet the needs of visitors and employees at QHC, expand health services, and benefit residential and business communities in Queens. The successful project will include rental housing, commercial office and retail uses, and a parking facility. EDC and HHC will consider proposals for a sale or a long-term lease.
Detailed submission requirements, including the date and time of a site visit and informational meeting, are outlined in the RFP available as of February 26, 2003. The RFP is available for pick-up from EDC, 110 William Street, 6th Floor, New York, NY 10038. Responses are due to later than 4:00 p.m., Wednesday, May 7, 2003. Ten copies of the response labeled “QHC-Site A RFP”, are to be delivered to 110 William Street, 6th Floor, New York, NY 10038.
