Description
Brooklyn Bridge Park (BBP) through its Owner`s Representative, Gardiner and Theobald (G and T), is seeking proposals for the provision of construction services for Pier 4 finger pier demolition and removal.

There will be an optional information session and site walk-through at 334 Furman Street, Brooklyn, NY, on Thursday October 27, 2016 at 2pm. RSVP to Jonathan Mitchell at j.mitchell@gardinerusa.com.

Respondents may submit questions and/or request clarification from G and T . Questions regarding the subject matter of this RFP should be sent to j.mitchell@gardinerusa.com by Thursday November 3, 2016 at 4pm.

Please submit three (3) physical copies of your proposal to Patricia Kirshner, Brooklyn Bridge Park Corporation, 334 Furman Street, Brooklyn, NY 11201, and one (1) electronic copy sent to pkirshner@bbpnyc.org. Proposals are due Monday November 14, 2016 by 4pm.

Minority and Women Owned Business Enterprises (M/WBE) are strongly encouraged to apply.
