The Term of this Contract is three (3) years, with the option to extend, at NYCHA's sole discretion, for two (1) one-year periods.
A non-mandatory virtual Proposers’ conference will be hosted online via Microsoft Teams (“Proposers’ Conference”) on July 22, 2024, at 12:00 P.M. Although attendance is not mandatory at the Proposer’s Conference, it is strongly recommended that all interested Proposers attend, and that Proposers thoroughly review bid documents in advance of the meeting. The foregoing extension does not in any way limit NYCHA's right to extend the bid submission deadline for any other reason.
