The City of New York Department of Parks & Recreation ("Parks") has awarded a concession to Suffolk County Caterers LLC of 33 E19th St, Huntington Station, NY 11746, for the operation and maintenance of one (1) interior food concession at Icahn Stadium, the operation and maintenance of three (3) seasonal cafes, and the operation and maintenance of up to four (4) mobile food units at Randall’s Island Park, Manhattan. The concession, which was awarded through a Request for Proposals, will operate pursuant to a License Agreement for one (1) two (2) year term with the option for one (1) one-year renewal option year. Compensation to the City will be as follows: The greater of the annual minimum fee versus the annual percentage of gross receipts: Year 1: $85,000 vs 22.5% of Gross Receipts; Year 2: $90,000 vs 22.5% of Gross Receipts; Option Year 1: $95,000 vs 22.5% of Gross Receipts
