Description

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Contract Public Hearing will be held on Thursday, February 29, 2024 at 10:00 AM.  The Public Hearing will be held via Conference Call.  Call-in #: 1-646-992-2010, ACCESS CODE: 715 951 139.

 

IN THE MATTER OF a proposed contract between the Department of Design and Construction of the City of New York and ARUP US, Inc., located at 77 Water Street, 5th Floor, New York, NY 10005, for DB_OR2, Requirements Contract for Owner’s Representative Services in Connection with Various Design-Build Projects, Citywide.  The contract amount shall be $46,000,000.00. The contract term shall be 1,095 Consecutive Calendar Days from the date set forth in the First Task Order, with a renewal contract term of 730 Consecutive Calendar Days.  PIN #: 8502024RQ0022P, E-PIN #: 85024P0001.

 

The proposed contractor has been selected by Competitive Sealed Proposal Method, pursuant to Section 3-03 of the Procurement Policy Board Rules.
