The purpose of this notice is to inform you that an award will not be made to the below referenced Competitive Sealed Bid (CSB). In accordance with Section 3-02(u) of the Procurement Policy Board Rules, this solicitation is being canceled in the best interests of the City of New York.
DCAS is seeking a qualified vendor to furnish all labor and materials required which includes, without limitation, all drawings and specifications, to complete the Housing Court Relocation project at 851 Grand Concourse, Bronx, New York. The work shall include, but not be limited to renovation of all interior areas as specified in Contract Documents including but not limited to interior finishes, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire alarm systems, sprinkler work, and signage, and providing accessibility in compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act and all relevant laws, rules and regulations to all areas including, but not limited to, judge benches, jury benches, courtrooms, administrative spaces and selected judge's restrooms and robing rooms, and paths of travel.
