NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Public Hearing will be held on Friday, March 24, 2023 commencing at 10:00 A.M. on the following contract:

 

IN THE MATTER OF one (1) proposed Negotiated Acquisition Extension between the Administration for Children’s Services and Public Consulting Group LLC, located at 148 State Street 10th Floor, Boston, MA 02109-2150; EPIN: 06823N0014001, in the amount of $5,232,800.  The proposed contract is a Negotiated Acquisition Extension to provide Social Security Advocacy Services with a term of January 1, 2023 through December 31, 2024.

 

The proposed contract is a Negotiated Acquisition Extension, pursuant to Section 3-04 of the Procurement Policy Board Rules.
