Brooklyn Bridge Park Corporation, d/b/a Brooklyn Bridge Park (“BBP”) issues this Request for Proposals (“RFP”) seeking proposals from independent certified public accounting firms to perform the following services: auditing, accounting, and financial reporting matters pertaining to the examining of the annual financial statements of BBP, and other related services as may be identified by BBP (the “Services”).

BBP is a not-for-profit corporation, responsible for planning, constructing, maintaining, and operating Brooklyn Bridge Park, an 85 acre, sustainable, waterfront park stretching 1.3 miles along Brooklyn’s East River shoreline (the “Park”). BBP’s mission is to provide an exceptional public space that connects people, nature, and the waterfront through inclusive, innovative, and sustainable management and design. BBP operates under a mandate, embodied by its General Project Plan, to be financially self-sustaining, which includes the activation of certain development sites within the project’s footprint.
