Description

The New York City Commission on Human Rights (“the Commission”) is proposing to amend Chapter 1 of its rules to update the procedures and practices related to how cases are filed, investigated, and litigated at the Commission.

 

The Commission will hold a public hearing on the proposed rule. The public hearing will take place at 11:00 a.m. on May 30, 2019. The hearing will be in the Spector Hall hearing room at 22 Reade Street, 1st Floor, New York, New York 10007.
