This is a Supply and Service Contract for Furnishing all Labor and Materials Necessary and Required for Various Chemical Water Treatment Services at Thirteen (13) Department of Correction Facilities in the City of New York.

A pre-bid conference is scheduled for July 19, 2018, at 10:00 AM at the DOC Headquarters “Bulova Corporate Center”, 75-20 Astoria Boulevard - Suite 160, East Elmhurst, NY. A site visit will take place immediately following the Pre-Bid Conference. A Security Clearance Form is required for this site visit. The form can be found in Attachment G in the attached IFB and on the DOC website.

Contractors may download the Invitation For Bid (IFB) at no cost. Contracts may also purchase hard copies of the bid. The cost of the hard copy is $25.00, payable by check or money order to the Commissioner of Finance. Cash will not be accepted. There are not drawings associated with this bid.
