Description
This Request for Expressions of Interest (RFEI) is released to invite interested parties to provide information to NYCDOT on Parking Meters and Parking Meter Management Systems (PMMS). NYCDOT seeks to advance its understanding of products and services relating to the operation of a multi-space electronic parking meter system that provides Pay-By-Plate functionality, either through the retrofit of existing multi-space parking meters, the provision of a new parking meter, and revisions or replacement of NYCDOT’s PMMS, or some combination thereof. Any inquiries concerning this RFEI should be directed by email, under the subject line “Parking Meter Management Systems RFEI Questions” to dmaco@dot.nyc.gov. The deadline for submission of written requests for clarification is February 16, 2018 at 4:00 P.M. EST. NYCDOT will post answers to all submitted questions received by the February 16, 2018 deadline on the NYCDOT webpage at the link indicated above.
