BID EXTENSION:The bid due date has been postponed until further notice. The Agency will be issuing an addendum in the coming days providing responses to questions received.

Requirements Contract for furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary and required to erect, maintain, dismantle, and remove various sidewalk sheds and scaffolding at various facilities throughout the five (5) boroughs of the City of New York. The contract term is 1095 CCDs, with an option to renew for two (2), three year terms. The estimated contract value is $3,000,000.00.

There will be an optional Pre-Bid Conference on April 27, 2016, at 2:00 P.M. at One Centre Street, 18th Floor, Pre-Bid Conference Room, New York, NY 10007.

Bid documents can be either downloaded for free from the City Record online website or may be picked up from DCAS/Agency Procurement Unit at One Centre Street, 18th Floor South, New York, NY 10007 between 9:00 A.M. and 5:00 P.M. on regular City business days.
